1. Service Description

LetzBudget is an AI-powered personal finance tracking application operated by Constantin Munteanu, based in Luxembourg. The service allows users to track expenses, set budgets, manage savings goals, and split shared expenses through WhatsApp, Telegram, and a web dashboard.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using LetzBudget, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
  • One account per person. Multiple accounts may be suspended.

4. Data and Privacy

  • LetzBudget processes your expense data using AI (Google Gemini) for categorization and insights.
  • Your financial data is stored securely on Microsoft Azure servers in Europe.
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
  • You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected].

5. WhatsApp and Telegram Integration

  • LetzBudget connects to WhatsApp and Telegram via official APIs.
  • Message data is processed to extract expense information and is stored in your account.
  • Receipt photos are processed by AI for amount extraction and are not stored after processing.

6. Free Tier and Limitations

  • The free tier includes basic expense tracking with a daily limit.
  • LetzBudget reserves the right to modify features and limits at any time.
  • During the beta period, the service is provided as-is with no guarantees of availability.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal activities or money laundering.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Abuse the WhatsApp/Telegram integration to send spam.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

8. Limitation of Liability

LetzBudget is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect expense categorization by AI.
  • Data loss due to technical failures.
  • Financial decisions made based on the app's data or insights.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
